If you are willing to take responsibility, prepare for potential set backs and make every loss a lesson; then you can break through to success. These three months allows you to identify losses that have held you back in the past and put a plan in place to prevent losses from stopping you in the future. Every person, organization and business has setbacks but it doesn’t have to overtake you. This segment will help you build a strong foundation for growth.

WEEKLY CALLS – 64 Total Weekly Teaching Calls with access to four Coaches
~Imagine being able to call in every single week and receive personal training from a professional coach…. Yes for one year, you will have access to 64 new lessons. Every three months there will be two calls per week. You will also have access to four Certified John Maxwell Coaches, Speakers and Trainers. These professionals will share with you insight, leadership tips using content from John C Maxwell’s books. Not only will you receive a new teaching each week, but you will be able to ask questions about your current projects. The Pathway To Success faculty has one desire and that is to see you reach your personal and professional goals.

Accountability Partnerships
ACCOUNTABILITY Partnership – a voluntary portion of the program to be partnered up with another successful woman in the group. You will be guided through a 90 day commitment and connection with each other twice a month for 30 minutes.
